DINNERTIME!
We are happy to present the ALTER 2023 dining experience! A flavourbomb of a vegetarian menu made by Magnus Malmros & Emil Olander / Olander Vin.
The whole dining experience for Alter Festival has been created as a uniquely event using locally sourced, vegetarian and sustainably produced ingredients. Each dish is carefully designed to produce a varied and flavorful experience curated by the chefs for ALTER 2023.
The event takes place at Kunsthal Aarhus where SAMLING 20_14 will perform. The dining experience is open to all guests with partout tickets or one-day tickets for Saturday. The selected wine menu by Olander Vin is sold separately (150 kr.).

*Alter works with a special culinary range and we hope you will understand that we cannot offer an á la carte menu of any description. For this reason, it is not possible for us to offer vegan or allergy-friendly option.
