Rather than a traditional exhibition, GO EXTREME should be seen as a festival and a phenomenon in different forms and constantly evolving. In addition to the exhibition, GO EXTREME also offers an extensive programme of events – not least a packed film programme in collaboration with the Cinemateque in Copenhagen.

Whether it is the mentally rocksteady free climber Alex Honnold in Free Solo, the crazt BASE jumper Carl Boenisch in Sunshine Superman, the team of female pioneer sailors in Maiden or the fighters of the futuristic roller-coaster murderball in Rollerball – the films of GO EXTREMEs film programme, in sync with the exhibition, offers new perspectives on human desire to reach beyond the physical and mental limitations of the body.
