Friendships

An artist collective consisting of nine young artists working with friendship as a collective form that enables creative exchange.

Mia Isabel Edelgart (b. 1984) is a visual artist educated from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts 2012. She works in a interdisciplinary field of film, sound and performance and is often a part of immaterial, collective orientated projects.

Eskil Andreas Halberg (1983) is a sociologist, teacher, activist and writer at Modkraft. Eskil is engaged in different projects concerning collective writing and self-organized and autonomous leaning spaces.  

Deirdre Johanna Humphrys (b. 1984, in south west Ireland) Graduated from The Royal Danish Art Academy in 2012. 

Rasmus Brink Pedersen (born 1979, lives and works in Copenhagen) studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Vienna.

Ninna M. Poulsen (b. 1983) is a visual artist living in Copenhagen. She often colaborates with others in spaces between art and politics. 

Tine Tvergaard (born 1984, lives and works in Copenhagen) she has studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and is a psychotherapist. In her artistic practice she is concerned with the problems of the collective. 

Joen Vedel (born in Copenhagen, 1983) graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2011 and The Whitney Independent Study Program in 2014. He works on his own and in several collaborations with many individual overlaps.

Anders Waagø is a visual artist, based in Copenhagen. In various group constellations he has been organizing spaces for learning and research, that crosses the boundaries between artistic and political forms of practice.  

Thomas Bo Østergaard (b. 1981 in Copenhagen) Graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2010. He works in the interface between different groups, temporary collaborations and his own practice.
